PHASES:

1. Submit an investment proposal: January 2022 (3 weeks)

2. Analysis of the proposal by the Technical Committee: February-March 2022 (6 weeks)

3: Vote for the projects: March-April 2022 (3 weeks)

4. Announcement of winning projects: April 2022

5. Active following of the winning projects
